NOTICE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMER

We want to deliver you outstanding service with every transaction you exchange with us and we would like to as for your understanding that the products we offer are Made-to-Order to eliminate global waste. We want to keep in mind that no merchandise produced will be wasted. In this case, shipping your order will take some time but rest assured products will be delivered.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays.

Delivery Times:

  • USA/CA/MX/AU/FR/SP - 12-19 business days 
  • DE/UK/IT/BE - 19-39 business days to arrive. 
  • Rest of the World: 25-45 business days. 


We are not able to expedite any orders at this time due to COVID-related operational constraints outside of our control.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

REBELLE CHIC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

REBELLE CHIC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
